PLEASE NOTE EACH FRIDAY UP TO AND INCLUDING 14th  FEBRUARY, ACCESS TO THE BENET CLUB/PARISH CENTRE WILL BE VIA MARCHWOOD CRESCENT ENTRANCE ONLY

THE PARISH CENTRE DOORS FROM THE CAR PARK ENTRANCE WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO THE NIGHT SHELTER.

                                         

 

 

 

 

Friday 10th January

EXPOSITION OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT 9.45am to 12.30 pm.

NIGHT SHELTER for the homeless in the parish centre 5.30pm – 9.00am.              Please note-no access to the parish centre via Marchwood Crescent   entrance after 8.00pm.

 

Saturday 11th January

CATHOLICISM for seekers and those wishing to join the Catholic Church from      10.30 am in the Bulbeck Room and Coffee Bar.

 

Sunday 12th January– The Baptism of the Lord

SIGNING OF CARDS FOR PRISONERS in the bookshop porch after all Masses.

CONFIRMATION GROUP at 3.00 pm in the parish hall.

 

Monday 13th January

BRIDGE CLUB at 6.30 pm in the Bulbeck Room.

BINGO at 8.30 pm in the parish hall.

TAIZE PRAYER GROUP meets at 8.30pm in the Newman Chapel. All Welcome

           

Tuesday 14th January

TODDLERS’ CLUB at 9.45 am in the parish hall.

APOSTLESHIP OF THE SEA knitting Group meets 10-11am in the coffee lounge

SENIOR CITIZENS’ SOCIAL CLUB at 1.00 pm in the coffee bar.

TUESDAY CATECHESIS for children attending non-Catholic primary schools 4.00 – 5.00pm in the Coffee Shop/Bulbeck Room.

MEDITATION GROUP at 6.30 pm in the Bulbeck Room.

 

Wednesday 15th January –

SS. Maurus & Placid, companions of St. Benedict

CARE MASS at 11.00 am in the Newman Chapel followed by refreshments in the coffee bar.

LAY PLAINCHANT CHOIR at 6.30pm in the Bulbeck Room.

BOOK GROUP meets at 8.15pm in the Coffee Lounge to discuss

PARISH PILGRIMAGE TO WALSINGHAM

England’s Historic National Shrine of Our Lady, dating back to A.D. 1060
